Terms and Conditions

1. All Dippers are subject to availability.
    

2. Dippers may be substituted at the discretion of The Chocolate People.
    

3. The amount of dippers will be provided on the amount of guests paid for.
    

4. Deposits are non refundable.
    

5. In the event of The Chocolate People being unable to attend your event a full refund will be given.
    

6. Cheques to be made payable to J Bird.
    

7. A strong and sturdy table is to be provided, of at least 1 metre square/round for the fountain to stand on.
    

8. If the chocolate fountain is for an outdoor event, a suitable enclosure must be provided and discussed with The Chocolate People prior to the event.
    

9. A 13amp power supply must be provided, unless otherwise arranged prior to the event.
    

10. Un-accidental damage to the Fountain or the Equipment owned and supplied by The Chocolate People must be paid for.
     

11. All food safety laws must be adhered to at all times.  If at any point the legislation is breeched by external influences (e.g. accommodation not fit for purpose) or parties (e.g. inappropriate use of the fountain), The Chocolate People reserve the right to cease the operation of the fountain with immediate affect.

      These Terms and Conditions Do Not Affect Your Statuary Rights
